Order Processing and Shipping

Once you've placed your order, our team works diligently to prepare your package for shipping. We aim to have your order ready to ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Please note that this timeframe may vary during peak periods or in cases where additional verification is required.

Delivery Times

For our customers in Portugal, we offer fast and reliable shipping through CTT Express. You can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control.

Pickup Option

If you prefer to collect your order in person, we offer a pickup option at our warehouse. Please select "Pickup" at checkout and allow 4-24 hours for your order to be prepared. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
